JP1 - High School Level Chef Student, Fish Competition

Thirty (30) minutes will be allowed to prepare, cook and present a fish dish for two covers of competitor’s choice. Open only to peope age 18 years or under on the 12th February 2014, who have not been employed full time in the catering Industry.

JP2 - High School Level Chef Student, Restaurant Plated Sweet Competition

Thirty (30) minutes will be allowed to prepare and present a hot or cold desert for two covers of competitor’s choice. Competitors to provide all ingredients. Open only to peope age 18 years or under on the 12th February 2014, who have not been employed full time in the catering Industry.

JP3 - High School Level Chef Student, Pasta Competition

Twenty-five (30) minutes will be allowed to prepare, cook and present two (2) portions of a pasta dish of competitor's choice. Mis-en-Place will be allowed but no prepared sauces. Open only to peope age 18 years or under on the 12th February 2014, who have not been employed full time in the catering Industry.

JP4 - High School Level Chef Student, Main Course Dish Competition

To produce and present plated within (40) minutes a Main Course Meal for (2) covers with supporting vegetables. All Ingredients to be of your choice A description of the dish with work methods to be shown proof of age with a mentors written confirmation to be supplied. Open only to peope age 18 years or under on the 12th February 2014, who have not been employed full time in the catering Industry.(Pork may not be used )

JP7I - Junior Golden Chef Of the Year

This is just for Turkish Chefs , it is going to be two type recipe and this menu is going to prepare for two person , total time(prepare the menu, cooking and presenting ) is going to 70 min. Ingredients will not be provided, competitors are responsible for ingredients. Competitors must be organised their menu in first 20 min and than they should present it to judges with their station number ( apply number) Competitors can use their materials(exp. knife) it is so important for judges, How competitors use their ingredients richly , menu of uniquest, balance of menu and ability of chef. competitors can not be older than 25 years old.

JP8 - Vegetable Carving (Live)

Buffet decorations will be made within the specified time on the day of the contest. Pumpkin, Japanese radish, watermelon varieties such as desired can be used. 75cmx75cm the maximum display area and there are not a height limit. Duration: 120min.

JP12 - High School Pizza Competition

Contest Theme: Competitors should make 2 pitas. One of them for tasting and the other for presentation. These two pizza should be 12 inch. Competitors should bring Pita dough ready. Judges evaluate pitas technically and tasting quality. Total duration are 25 minutes for preparation of all ingredients. Cook pita bread, wedges and cut the last presentation will be at the discretion of the contestant but the materials used will change the taste. The contestants will round their pizza/rotation/shear-driven content and with the preparation of the parent materials.

JP13 - University Pizza Competition

JP14 - Celebration Cake (Live)

Competitors can choose their themes and shapes and the cake covered in sugar paste model will be made. The use of mould have to reduce minimum level and handwork is very important. There are not any high limit and maximum display spaces are 75cmx75cm. Competitors can use invisible internal support, wire, rod, etc. Styrofoam materials. All the materials have to eatable. The contest will be held live in front of the jury. Duration: 180dk.

JP15 - Modern Cakes (Live Contest)

Modern handmade tart which is decorated with chocolate, fruits and sugar. Sponge cake and interior cream can bring ready. The cake, the decor, and a preparation for decoration will be made within the duration of the contest. Both flavours in the cake and the decor will be evaluated. The cake will be a maximum of 24cm in diameter. Duration: 70 min.
