The World Association of Chefs' Societies,(WACS) is a global network of chefs associations first founded in October 1928 in Paris. At that first congress there were 65 delegates from 17 countries and WACS aim is to protect and to improve the culnary standards of the world. It accomplishes these goals through education, training and researching activities and represents an international voice on Chefs to improve their respects all around the world. W.A.C.S. is one of the most respected organization in the world. Today, this global body has 93 official chefs associations.
